2006-12-22 cPanel was updated to Release version 10.9.0-R118. cPanel allows domain owners to manage and monitor their web site. This easy to use interface is packed full of useful features. Inside cPanel, domain owners can manage email and ftp accounts, view site statistics, manage addon and parked domains, manage their files, backup their site, and more. WebHost Manager is the server administration interface which allows Hosts and Hosting Resellers to control and monitor servers from an easy to use web interface. Within WebHost Manager , you can manage domain accounts, restart services (apache, bind, SQL, etc), manage your partner accounts, install server and system software and modules, configure manual or automatic system backups, transfer accounts between servers, edit DNS, and more. Changelog: Resolved mis-configuration of Squirrelmail for servers using mbox mail setups. Resolved issue where cPanel users were able to add unregistered domains in spite of Tweak Settings value disallowing that ability. Loosened domain name restrictions to allow creation of some non-typical valid domain names. Resolved issue where accounts with no databases would report NA for the database count. Resolved invalid calculation of mail directory size. Resolved issue where Mailman message attachment URLs would not include the server hostname. Prevent creation of reseller cache file within account's home directory. Included several performance and speed improvements to cPanel engine. Resolved issue where chkservd's disk space checks would not function with certain raid arrays. |
